On June 22, SMCEC held the 15th meeting of board of shareholders and 8th meeting of the second board of directors. Yan Jinshun, the president of SMCEC reported 2010 annual business and administrative work of SMCEC, and sated the group objectives of “12th Five-Year plan”. Zhang Linfa, the chairman of SMCEC summed up the meeting and put forward the requirements of the second half year work.
The members of meeting discussed and approved the proposal of  SMCEC’s chairman、vice president、 directors and supervisors, 2010 Executive Report of SMCEC, 2010 Annual Financial Accounts and 2011 Annual Budget Report of SMCEC, 2010 Annual Profit Distribution Plan of SMCEC, 12th Five-Year plan of SMCEC, statements on the restoration of registered capital, 2011 annual quota of bank credit and guarantees. The final decision and resolution was made at the meeting on the above proposals.
