On March 18, 2011, the Chinese Ministry of Commerce organized a forum focusing on issue of the economic and trade cooperation with Africa. Tong Jisheng, the Vice president of SCG, and the president of SEFCO Group delivered a speech titled “To seize the opportunity of transformation and upgrading, based on Africa, promoting the sustainable development of overseas business”, his speech was highly appreciated.
