Shanghai SFECO INTL Engineering Consultation (SFECO J.L.), founded in May 1994 and wholly controlled by China Shanghai SFECO Group, is of Class A qualification issued by Ministry of Construction, P.R.C. It can provide comprehensive services such as project supervision, engineering consultation and technical consultation for various industrial and infrastructural projects.

Since its foundation, SFECO J.L. has provided supervision and consultation services for many projects in and out of China which include Bao Steel Mansion in Pu Dong, Shanghai Hai Ying Mansion, Long Ju Garden, Shun Hao Plaza, 110 Student apartments in Song Jiang University City, Bao Shan Custom Building, Bao Shan Post Building, Bao Steel Hospital, Zhong Shan Hospital Qing Pu Branch, H986 Container Test System in Wai Gao Qiao Bonded Area, Sumitomocorp Rubber Corp (Su Zhou),Japan, Building of Ben Teng Corp; In China, SFECO J.L. also undertook many big projects invested by Governments which include Shanghai Lao Gang garbage Disposal Project, Hong Gu Tang Water View Project, Nang Chang, Shanghai Horsemanship Playfield, Yi Shan Road Station of City Railway Project, Passage Way of City Railway Project, Dian Pu River Project ,etc.

SFECO J.L. has also undertaken many overseas projects which include Suriname Housing project, Eritrea Hospital Project, Cameroon Hospital Project, Afghan Republic Hospital Project, Maldives Housing Project, Project of Seychelles Technology School Library, etc. Some of completed projects were awarded Shanghai “Magnolia” Prize and Prize of “Good structure of Construction work”.
The company has a complete internal organization structure with 105 employees. In which, 30 are national registered supervision engineers, 2 are national registered architects, 10 are national registered estimators, 12 are national registered equipment supervision engineers. Meanwhile, we have 21 senior engineers, 5 senior accountants. All technical staffs were well trained and working with relevant qualification certificates.

SFECO J.L. insists the idea of “strict supervision, efficient service, integrity, scientific management”. SFECO J.L. strictly implement the contract and effectively control the progress, safety, quality, and investment for the Project Owner. We strictly observe the relevant law and regulation. We will conduct close-supervision for important construction work to minimize any quality problem.

To ensure our work quality, SFECO J.L. had started to establish quality system since 1997. By the end of 1997, SFECO J.L. was awarded the ISO9002-94 Quality Certificate. In Nov. 2002, SFECO J.L. was awarded ISO9001-2000 Quality Certificate.

SFECO J.L. will provide good service for any project owners in accordance with international practice and ISO9000 Quality System, under the principle of “ loyal, honest, fair and scientific”.
